Gift Voucher Term & Condition for Sales

• 1. Due to the popularity, please allow 3 to 5 workings days to arrange delivery to recipient
• 2. The Gift Certificate is valid respectively as following;
  a. 6 months from date of purchase for the sale before 1 st November 2019
  b. 1 year for any promotional of both online and in-store sales
  c. 3 years after the supply date for an in-store purchase after 1 st November 2019
• 3. The Gift Certificate is neither non-refundable nor non-redeemable for cash.
• 4. Siam Senses will not bear any responsibility for (electronic) delivery delays caused by malfunction or technical problem encountering by customer’s email system that result in the untimely deliver of certificate e.g. spams, junk mail and virus etc.
• Siam Senses reserves the right to cancel and void the gift certificate should any of above terms & conditions are failed to be met.

Usage Policy

• 1. Please quote certificate details at the time of reservation and present to staffs for redemption.
• 2. Gift certificate is valid progressively as following;
  a. 6 months from date of purchase for the sale before 1 st November 2019
  b. 1 year for any promotional of both online and in-store sales
  c. 3 years after the supply date for an in-store purchase after 1 st November 2019
• 3. We allow 90 days extension for expired certificate with $15 re-processing fee payable upon the redemption of the expired certificate. Any other expiration types will incur a 50% fee based on the value of gift certificate. Applicable to type A and B only.
• 4. Any cancellation make within 12 hours of reservation schedule will reduce 50% of the certificate value.
• 5. Failure to keep an appointment without notice will automatically void the certificate.
• 6.Gift certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion or offer.
• For lost certificate; a replacement can be re-issued at $10 processing fee.
